The junior suite is massive with huge dedicated office area for both of us to work conveniently, separate living space with multiple room/bedding area. 90+sq mtr space for the young one to run around. Exclusive club lounge and business office access. All in all a wonderful 3 days spent, pre departure from sg.

This is our third straight year staying here. Clean, great service and close to the Jewel and MRT.

Loved my stay here. Easy to find and the staff were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Too expensive nowadays, plus charged me for deposit rather than a credit card hold

Super convenient location if youre stopping over in Singapore and need some r & r midway through a trip to Europe. The staff are lovely, and the pool is super chill. Rooms have brilliant air conditioning. Our bathroom door kept jamming which was a little concerning. Self Check in and check out was easy and appreciated.

A very high-quality hotel. A swimming pool, gym, and excellent breakfasts. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for a transit flight.

I stayed at YOTELAIR Changi before an early morning flight, and I would say you’re primarily paying for the location and convenience rather than the room itself.

The biggest advantage is definitely being located inside Changi Airport. For early departures or long layovers, it’s incredibly convenient and saves the stress of traveling to the airport in the early hours of the morning.

The room was clean and functional, and the staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Everything worked as expected, and it served its purpose for a short stay.

However, the room itself felt quite basic for the price. The facilities, comfort, and overall experience were just average rather than exceptional. While the concept is practical, the accommodation didn’t quite match the premium pricing. If you’re expecting a hotel experience, you may find it a little underwhelming.

Overall, I’d still recommend YOTELAIR for travelers who value convenience and direct airport access. It’s a great option for a quick overnight stay before a flight, but in my opinion, you’re mostly paying for the unbeatable location rather than a luxury hotel experience.

Would I stay again? Yes, for the convenience. But I would go in with the expectation that it’s a practical airport hotel rather than a destination hotel.

A really extraordinary place! King Henry VIII would be very jealous!
Singapore’s legendary cleanliness is on full display here. Only a microbiologist could fault crumbs and a Sally Sook could have a bad time. Milo, coffee and tea on tap. The Aussie boy in me has found the promised land of my 8 year old ‘Gotta-be-made-of-Milo’ propaganda-believing self.

Great transit hotel, clean and very comfortable. The pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance.

Great facility when you have hours to pass in transit. Nice pool and then loungers to relax on with a wine or beer, a shower before leaving means your well refreshed for the next flight. $28 isnt cheap but its worth it, does include the use of a fresh towel
google
Very clean and quiet place, and since it’s located right above the gates, it’s pricey, but worth the money. Very convenient. If you really need a sleep during a long layover, and don’t have a visa to exit Changi airport, then this is the place.
google
Much better than expected! Clean room, comfy bed, very kind and efficient staff. And even a surprise meal included. For me, it was the perfect way to get a decent sleep, shower and meal between flights.

Home Away from Home. Superb.

Very convenient location in Terminal 1 with large room, window, comfortable beds and clean but that's where it ends. Exorbitant price, very basic with no amenities eg tissues, fridge, hooks for bathroom towels or cupboard for clothes. Water from shower spreads over bathroom floor making it slippery. Booked through Flight Centre Australia who told us we had dinner and breakfast included, however on check-in it was breakfast or dinner. Breakfast was nothing special. For 500 plus AUD per night, would go through customs next time and stay just outside.

Good to stay for a moment.
High price

Revo and his team were absolutely amazing. We were a group of 4 and Revi went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend booking, the food was great, the shower was just what you needed with very clean amenities. Thank you Revi for your outstanding service.

I was disappointed with the front desk lady at the transit lounge. She was quite rude and unhelpful. We were travelling with a baby, which can already be challenging, and we were hoping for a little understanding and support. Unfortunately, her attitude made the experience stressful and unpleasant. I hope the lounge management can address this and ensure guests, especially families with young children, are treated with courtesy and professionalism.
google
Not worth for the price, the resto closed at midnight so when we got early morning flight, the breakfast facility unnecessary. Somehow the room is good
google
I booked this room in the early morning to get some good sleep with my baby for 4 hours. First, I requested a room change due to construction noise.

The room I was switched to had the air conditioner on full power... It was so cold I couldn't even stick my face out from under the blanket. The temperature couldn't be adjusted.

Room 349 was colder than the hallway... It felt like I was inside an ice room. It was exceptionally cold.

I was able to get an extra blanket because I said it was cold, but

the only response I received was, "We're sorry, there's nothing we can do. It's an air conditioner inside the airport, so it can't be adjusted."

I felt like I was being tortured for 4 hours after paying money.

If it's this cold, shouldn't there be a different alternative?

The price wasn't cheap, and I was so angry during my trip.

They did give me a discount, but shouldn't they have just given me a refund?

I just ended up catching a cold.

Factors to Consider When Choosing Your Singapore Airport Hotel

While planning your stay at one of the transit hotels in Singapore Changi Airport, remember that your checked-in luggage will not be accessible if you’re in the transit area. All checked-in luggage can be collected only after clearing immigration outside the transit area. Be sure to pack the necessary items or essentials you might need during your stay in your carry-on luggage. It’s a small yet crucial detail to note as you coordinate your travel plans for a smooth journey.

Opting for a transit stay in an airport hotel can turn your layover into an enjoyable and relaxing part of your travel journey. But with several exceptional choices at Singapore Changi Airport, how do you select the one that’s perfect for you? Here are some key factors to consider:

  1. Layover Duration: The length of your stopover should be your primary deciding factor. If you have a short layover of a few hours, a hotel that allows hourly bookings, like the Aerotel or Yotelair, would be more suitable.
  2. Budget Considerations: While all airport hotels aim to provide convenience and comfort, the costs can vary. Look at what each hotel includes in its rates and align this with your budget.
  3. Essential Amenities: Every traveler’s needs are unique, so consider what amenities are must-haves for you. Are you looking for a quick workout at the gym, a few laps in a pool, or some rejuvenating spa treatments between flights?
  4. Room Types: Assess your room requirements. Is it a single room for solo travel, a family suite for a group, or an attractive ensuite for a couple?

Considering your unique needs and preferences with these factors, you’re sure to find a Singapore Airport Hotel that will turn your layover into an experience to remember.
